Hello Potential New Fantastic Housie !!
We are Tim, Sal, Soph and French Bulldog pup, Lacy looking for someone just like YOU who is chilled, respectful,reliable, fun and friendly to come and share our large semi-detached house on Old South Head Road in Rose Bay.
Your new room is shown in the photos - it comes part furnished with a bed frame, clothes rack and full length mirror (if you don't need them we can also get rid of them!) The other pictures show the house before we moved in - the rest of the place is fully furnished!
There are 2 clean bathrooms with bath/showers, an older style (but clean and well maintained) kitchen, large fully furnished lounge which leads to a rear balcony, large BBQ area and backyard (aka perfect cricket pitch!)
We all work long hours Monday to Friday - Soph and Sal in Office jobs, Tim's a Tiler - but we enjoy cooking, catching up over a wine and watching a bit of TV during the week.
The house is fully furnished with high ceilings, lots of artwork, big TV with foxtel, wireless and is ready for you to move in!
The 387 bus to Bondi Junction stops at the front door and the 380/333 are a short walk away.
We are 5 mins to the Rose Bay North Coles and 5 mins to the multitude of restaurants at Rose Bay. Short Walk to the Ferry if you work in the city, and right on the edge of Bondi for a bit of social fun at the weekend..Lots of lovely routes around for a run/walk too (we posted some photos from our fave park up the street - Dudley Page Reserve - amazing city views).
